How it Works
When a client purchases or sells a home through us, they designate which nonprofit or nonprofits they would like to be the beneficiary of the donation. Once the transaction closes, we send the donation to the nonprofit.
Why 25%
Anyone can donate a small portion of their proceeds or commissions to local nonprofits, but we felt it had to be a significant enough amount to make a difference, and help set us apart. As a business, we keep our overhead low so we can instead direct these considerable resources towards helping others.
